Does the calendar work with online booking?
Yes. Every appointment booked online lands on your calendar straight away, in the right stylist's column, with any deposit already attached.
Can I book clients straight from the calendar?
Yes. Click any open slot to book a client, or drag an existing appointment to move it. Salonifix tells the client about the change automatically.
Can I rebook clients at checkout?
Yes. When you check a client out, you can book their next appointment from the same screen. Salonifix suggests a date based on how often they usually come in.
What if my staff work different schedules?
Set each person's working hours, including repeating patterns and one-off changes. Staff only appear on the calendar, and in online booking, when they are working.
Does the calendar handle processing and buffer time?
Yes. Add processing time inside a service, such as colour developing, so the stylist can take another client meanwhile, and buffer time between appointments for clean-up. Both show on the calendar.
